Since our services are digital, customized, and resource-based, they are non-returnable once work has commenced. We allocate professional resources, strategy, and technical expertise immediately after project confirmation.

Therefore, traditional “returns” do not apply.

3. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund under the following circumstances:

✔ Before Project Initiation

• If a cancellation request is submitted within 24–48 hours of payment and work has not started, a full refund may be issued after deducting payment gateway or administrative charges.

✔ Non-Delivery of Service

• If we fail to deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations and no work has been performed, you are entitled to a full refund.

✔ Duplicate Payment

• Any accidental duplicate transactions will be refunded after verification.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Hours already invested
• Tools and software costs
• Consultation fees

The final decision will remain at the sole discretion of Stepforadder.

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation by submitting a written request via email.

Important:

• Cancellation requests must be sent before the next billing cycle for recurring services.
• Projects canceled after work has started are not eligible for a full refund.

7. Processing of Refunds
